Question & AnswerI’m having a challenge with
customer retention.What am I missing?
Many of our clients wonder why their marketing seems flat, or why their retention of clients has gone down over the years. And yet, they tell us that they’ve got a quality product. They tell us that they’ve got great customer service.

In this day and age of the Internet, big box stores and the speed of things happening, customer service and quality are expectations just to get in the door. It’s just not enough any more.

One of the things that we teach is a concept called the Customer Experience Model taking a look at your business, and each individual touch point in your business, from the customer standpoint, and helping you to truly refine that, and hone that, to the point where customers become raving fans of yours.
